BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT
This is a role within the finance team working alongside the finance
manager and finance assistant. The ideal candidate will be a
conscientious and organised person with bookkeeping experience and a
desire to learn. Training will be provided in the role. They will have
an interest in the charity sector and will want to use their skills to
make a real difference.

HOURS: **Apply on the website** hours per week
STARTING DATE: Immediate
HOLIDAYS: 9 days per annum
LOCATION: Hybrid model working from home with some office presence as
needed.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* Two years? experience in an administrative role
* Experience using finance software packages (organisation uses
Sage)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Bookkeeping duties such as: Posting supplier invoices and
reconciling against statements, company credit card reconciliation,
CEO expenses booked to sage.
* Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required from time to
time.
